XM Satellite Radio has pulled the popular and offensive Opie and Anthony radio show after a show discussing sex with the Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, the Queen and First Lady Barbara Bush. First of all, I can imagine more attractive women to fantasize about but if you pay to listen to a show, it's not public domain and it is unregulated. No matter how much you don't like to fantasize about sexual intercourse with heads of state, you should keep your censoring fingers off of satellite radio.
A free society is based on the principle that each and every individual has the right to decide what art or entertainment he or she wants — or does not want — to receive or create. Once you allow the government to censor someone else, you cede to it the the power to censor you, or something you like. Censorship is like poison gas: a powerful weapon that can harm you when the wind shifts.
